New vintage button necklace I added to the shop this week. I love this color! Reminds me of Fire King Jadite dishes that were so poplular in the 1940's.

Antique Button Necklace- Depression Glass and Victorian Button- Root Beer, Handmade by Timeless Trinkets
A double layer of vintage goodness. The bottom button is antique glass
and has a faceted edge, in the center I have added an antique button.
The button measures 3/4" and dangles 1" from an 18" stainless steel chain with a 2" extender at the back.
These are gorgeous parts of history. The secrets they know and stories to tell. I feel a wonderful connection with the past when I hold one of these beauties.
Item will come in an attractive gift box ready for gift giving.

New Design-Sea Holly, Antique Steel Cut Button(c.1800's) Earrings
I was delighted to be able to make a few new designs this week. The steel cut buttons I have had for over a year now and just didn't want to part with them. They have a concave back and didn't fit into any of my settings but still I hung on to them. Just this week I was sitting at my desk staring at the huge mess that needs to be cleaned and organized when I saw this setting and thought of how it might work with these buttons. Sometimes clutter helps the creative rut:)
I'm of mostly Welsh heritage and the gryphon buttons are just super cool. Need I say more?

Stella, Antique 1800's Glass Button Necklace
This is a new design I worked on this week. I tried several different charms and beads below the button and decided I like the cameo best.

Book of Days, Steampunk Locket
This week I worked on making several steampunk lockets. This one has the days of the week dial you find in many old wristwatches. I still cant figure out why the days are written twice. To view more please visit my shop at http://www.etsy.com/shop/timelesstrinkets .

Nightingale, Repurposed Necklace with Freshwater Pearls
I often think about the history of my creations and only if they could talk the stories you could hear.
